Do you accept referrals directly from patients?

Yes. Most services do not require a physician referral, though we welcome and coordinate closely with referring healthcare providers.

Are your reports accepted by insurers, lawyers, and disability providers?

Yes. Our assessments are prepared to the standards expected in academic and hospital-based practice and are routinely used to support insurance, disability, workplace, and legal matters.

Do you provide expert witness testimony?

In appropriate medico-legal matters, yes — please contact us to discuss scope, timing, and fees.

Can you provide urgent or expedited assessments?

We offer priority scheduling on a case-by-case basis. Please indicate urgency and any relevant deadlines when submitting your referral.

How is confidential information transmitted?

We use secure, encrypted channels for the transmission of clinical records and reports. Details are provided on request.

What is your fee structure?

Fees follow the Ontario Psychological Association's recommended guidelines and are confirmed in writing before assessment begins.
